CHOURBA FRIK HMIS KESRA 





frik are grains of wheat, full and half walls, shell puios sprinkled with salt water, dried, grilled and finally crushed coarsely mill.

300 g of mutton

1 onion

3 pieces of oil or (smen)

1 of ras el hanout

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

1 cup of red pepper

salt

1 bunch of coriander

2 handles of frik

1 tbsp dried mint

Cut the meat into small pieces, put in a pot, grate over the onion 1/2 bunch of coriander spices and the previously washed frik, the oil and 1 glass of water.

Return 10 minutes.

Cover with water and cook for 30 to 35 minutes

Sprinkle with mint.

serve with lemon juice.
